You will be updated at least on a weekly basis. These messages will keep you abreast on any marketing for your home, market conditions, and any activity your listing has recently seen.
You will be provided a website (if you have internet access) where you can login to your personalized seller webpage, where you can view an up-to-the-minute list of ALL of the marketing, showings, or any other activity that has occurred for your property. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will be provided with weekly market updates and market forecasts. These will provide you with information as to how the market is being receptive toward home buyers, and thus toward your property’s ability of procuring a qualified buyer.
You will be sent each advertisement that your property is featured in. Generally, your property will be featured in 2-3 different publications each week, and you will get to see each ad in its entirety.
You will be sent updates on any special marketing that we perform for you along with an explanation of how that marketing will further the quick sale of your property.
